3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you posted on our site has been removed or access to it has been disabled due to a DMCA notice, and you believe this was done in error or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to local jurisdictional authorities for any legal proceedings.

Please note that technical metadata including IP addresses, system logs, and timestamp records associated with any copyright notice or counter-notification may be retained and processed as part of our legal compliance records and server diagnostic security.
