2. Services & Client Obligations

VYCEN provides custom web application development, system configuration, and software engineering services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, necessary assets, and timely feedback required for project completion.

You agree not to use our platforms or services for any unlawful activity or to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized system access, or interfere with server performance.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a formal project contract, all original code, designs, and deliverables created by VYCEN become client property upon full payment of agreed fees. VYCEN retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary frameworks, libraries, or developer tools used during construction.

4. Technical Data & Server Logging

For security diagnostics, performance monitoring, and system optimization, our servers automatically process standard technical data including IP addresses, browser parameters, and network access logs.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VYCEN be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, third-party platform integrations, or service interruptions beyond our direct technical control.
